Our Team
Toso Bozic
Principal/CEO
Toso Bozic is a founder of ATTS Group Inc . public speaker and an entrepreneur. Toso graduated from the University of Belgrade in Yugoslavia and holds a degree in Forest Engineering. He is member of Alberta Institute of Professional Agrologist (P.Ag) and obtained a ISA Certified Arborist and Tree Risk Assessment Qualification(TRAQ). With 28 years’ experience he gained comprehensive knowledge and technical skills in forestry, arboriculture, urban forestry, agroforestry, agriculture, renewable energy, waste management and business development.
Aleksandar (Alex) Bozic
Mathematician
As a young mathematician, Alex brings full of enthusiasm and passion for the world of Mathematics, Computer Programing and Statistics. Alex holds from the University of Alberta undergraduate degree in Mathematics (Specialization in mathematics).
He has strong mathematical, statistical and computer analytical skills using a variety of techniques. His skills cover a range of areas including calculus, differential equations, problem-solving approaches to discrete mathematics, secret, public-key and error-correcting codes, enumeration, recurrence relations, induction, graph theory, graph algorithms and parallel algorithms.
Theodora (Thea) Bozic
Human Resource Consultant
Thea Bozic obtains a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Human Resources from Grant MacEwan University. Thea brings an innovative and diverse skill set to ATTS Group Inc. Her passion for human resources brings new and innovative approaches to today’s challenging human resources world.
She has multi industry experience in Human Resources, from large corporate business to rural municipalities to medium-small enterprises (SME). Thea is a new generation of a human resource consultant. Thea enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with friends.

Noel St. Jean RPF
Forest Management Professional
Noel, joins ATTS Group Inc with extensive knowledge from over 40 + years in Forestry, oil and gas and agroforestry sector. His proven senior leadership in variety of multi-stakeholders’ projects is great asset to ATTS Group.
Noel as former Executive Director of Agroforestry & Woodlot Extension Society-AWES managed all program aspects for the not-for-profit organization. He executed an extension and fee-for-service projects on private lands. Managed woodlot assessment program and managed of all woodlot activities, including harvest design, layout and harvest supervision. Created first standards for site restoration and regeneration and monitoring on private lands.
Noel lead a team of individuals planning and obtaining regulatory approval for ATCO Electric northeast area that involved 2 billion plus in total project expenditure.
He provided the leadership and direction and management of the Alberta Government Section on policy/standard and guideline development for oil and gas sector, including exploration and development under auspices of the Public Lands Act, Mines and Minerals Act, certain sections of the Forest Act and Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act
Member of Executive Council for 3 years for College of Alberta Professional Foresters: President for the 2013-2014 year. Past President for the 2014-15 year. Lead the merger process of both Colleges into one organization.
Gary Bank
Senior Expert Consultant
Gary has been working in the field of agriculture and forestry for over 40 years and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to ATTS Group. His work has taken him over most of Canada and he has lived in Alberta, SK and BC. Professional experience includes soil conservation, water development, rural development, and agroforestry research as well as a management and program development.
Beside his extensive extension and senior leadership roles, Gary has been leading in several agroforestry research projects including:
- a study of role of wild bees in canola pollination and their link to habitat quality
- how shelterbelts effect snow distribution and water conservation; innovative shelterbelt designs
- design and management of an alley cropping experiment that included cattle grazing.
Gary provides a wide range expertise in agriculture extension and implementation of field projects. He also brings a wealth of practical experience from logging, woodworking and house construction.
Gary has served on many boards as an executive member. He worked for many years to help establish both the Woodlot Association of Alberta and the Agroforestry and Woodlot Extension Society.
